Good Morning all, pls take note this will be Pico Nico balloon in recognition for, Nico – The President of the SARL. Following his almost decade of leadership the SARL during which he got much older but also led the organization in IARU region 1 to bring more than 80 youth to the Republic of South Africa to participate in YOTA activities. The growth of youth development was also notable during the past nine years. Nico from the BACAR team thank you for the support from SARL.
