HS25SG is a special event call sign which will be activated between 1 and 30 December to celebrate the 33rd Southeast Asian Games and as part of the “SatFinder” educational campaign, which promotes space, satellite and radio science to students and the general public through amateur radio activities. Special call sign YR6ZIPD will be active between 1 and 3 December for the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (Ziua Internationala a Persoanelor cu Dizabilitati), whose annual observance (3 December) was proclaimed by the United Nations General Assembly in 1992. Poland, SP. On 6 December 1925 Tadeusz Heftman, TPAX made the first amateur radio contact confirmed by a QSL card between Poland and a station from outside the country (N0PM in the Netherlands). Commemorating that milestone, special event station SN0TPAX will operate CW and SSB throughout December. The activity is organized by the PZK and the SP DX Club. All QSOs will be confirmed automatically via the bureau.
