Nigeria, 5N. Bodo, DF8DX will be working at the Voice of Nigeria broadcasting station in Abuja, Nigeria, between 1 and 10 March. Cape Verde, D4 Claudio, HB9OAU will be active holiday style as D44OA from Boa Vista (AF-086), Cape Verde on 18-25 March. He will operate SSB, CW, RTTY and other digital modes on 40 to 6 metres. QSL via I8KHC; QSOs will be uploaded to Club Log, LoTW, eQSL, and QRZ.

Bouvet, 3Y0/B. The 3Y0K team departed Cape Town on 21 February aboard the Argus and arrived at Bouvet on 27 February at around 08:30 UTC after a somewhat bumpy voyage.
“The weather and sea state is still not favourable for us to start going onshore today”, the team reports. “During our daily meeting today with the captain, pilots and expedition crew, we discussed the weather forecast.
Israel, 4X. Special event station 4Z01A will be active on 6-7 March from the archaeological site of the ancient city of Ashkelon (Holyland Square C19-AS, WWL KM71gp) QSL via 4X6ZM. This will be the first of four activations from the “Biblical cities from the David and Goliath period”; 4X01A (Ashod), 4X01E (Ekron) and 4X01G will follow (dates TBA).
Cyprus, ZC4. A five-man team (GM2TT, GM2WW, GM3JIM, GM5YTT, and GM6DX) will be active as ZC4C and ZC4Z from the UK Sovereign Base Areas on Cyprus between 4 and 11 March. They will run 2 – 3 stations on 80 – 10 metres CW, SSB, RTTY and other digital modes and maybe even SSTV. QSOs will be uploaded to LoTW and Club Log.
Canada, VE. Pierre, VK3KTB will be active again as VY0ERC from the Eureka Amateur Radio Club station on Ellesmere Island (NA-008) between 5 March and 1 April. He operates SSB, CW and digital on various bands when time permits. QSL via M0OXO’s OQRS and LoTW.
Dominican Republic, HI. Flavio, IW2NEF will be active holiday style as HI7/IW2NEF from Bayahibe, Dominican Republic (NA-096) from 28 February to 7 March. He will operate SSB and digital on 40 to 6 metres. QSL direct to IK2DUW.
Dominica, J7. Haluk, TA2LE will be active as J79H from Dominica (NA-101) between 10 and 26 March and again periodically until March 2027. Anguilla, VP2E. Craig, K5AYO will be active holiday style as VP2EYO from Anguilla (NA-022) between 14 and 22 March. He will operate CW, SSB and digital on 40 to 10 metres low power. QSL via home call (“no SASE required”, he says); QSOs will be uploaded to LoTW and Club Log.
Bermuda, VP9. Darrell, AB2E will be active as AB2E/VP9 from Bermuda (NA-005) between 4 and 10 March. Main activity will be as VP9I during the ARRL DX SSB Contest. Before and after the contest he will operate CW, RTTY and other digital modes with a focus on the low and WARC bands. QSL AB2E/VP9 via LotW, or direct to home call; QSL VP9I via WW3S.
Colombia, HK. Renato, PY8WW will be active as HK4/PY8WW (tentative call sign) from the Tutumate Islands (SA-093) between 9 and 15 May. “CW and SSB remain my main focus”, he says, with digital as “just a tool for those difficult moments when propagation doesn’t cooperate”. More information is expected in due course. This IOTA group was activated only once, by HK3JJH/4 back in 2002.
